The information we collect
When you sign up for our e-newsletter, a complimentary
discovery session, a teleclass or workshop, one of our coaching packages, or to respond to a survey, we may
collect your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and credit/debit card information.
How we use information
We use the personal information
you provide solely for the purpose of rendering the service you requested. We keep your information private
and will not share, rent, or sell it to outside parties unless you give us permission or it is a legal
requirement.
We offer gift certificates which you may purchase for another person. The
information you provide us about the recipient of the gift certificate is used only for that purpose
and will not be disclosed to anyone, especially the person receiving the gift.
E-mail
When replying to
e-mail, we use return e-mail addresses. These addresses are not used for any other purpose and
are not shared with any outside sources. In full compliance with the law, we do not send
unsolicited e-mail (SPAM).
How can you stop
receiving e-mail from us?
We provide you with the opportunity to unsubscribe from our
e-mail list each and every time we communicate with you. Our unsubscribe links are highly
visible at both the top and bottom of every e-mail. You can also unsubscribe on the Contact
Us page of our website by including your name and e-mail address and other pertinent information
that will be needed to stop communications..

We secure the data we collect online by ensuring the physical and electronic
information we collect is safeguarded from unauthorized access.

We do not coach children, and we will
never collect or maintain information at our website to attract anyone under 18.

You can access or correct any personal information we collect online by sending us a request.
We will establish your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Stats
To improve our website design, we gather statistics. For example, we may
capture the number of visitors, the number of individuals who visited a certain area on our
site, how long they spend in any given area, how many men/women visit our site, or how many
people signed up for a complimentary session. This information is not connected to
any personally identifiable information, and we would not disclose anything that could be
used to identify such individuals. Our site does not use cookies.
To improve our
e-newsletter subscriptions, and to monitor the effectiveness of our content, we include
HTML and track the links you may click on. With these tracking detectors, we capture
the recipient's ability to receive HTML messages, the number of HTML messages opened,
and the number of links clicked on by recipients. We do not collect any other
information via the detectors.
