Here are some of the results and experiences of those who are living anew based on the coaching partnership with the Holy Spirit and Gifts Ordained by Direction.

I learned so much about preparing for a career change, such as producing a powerful resume, how to understand a good job offer, and how to answer those “difficult” interview questions.  I’m so excited I’m taking away a tangible 3-5 year career transition plan I know I can implement confidently. Looking back over my life, before coaching caused me to realize I was not ready to move into the career opportunities I was seeking.  There was a lot I had to learn about myself and how I relate to others, situations, and circumstances.  Because of the tools I have acquired, I know now I can succeed in any job, social setting, and other leadership positions. I am a bold, fearless, giving, wise, yielded person.

Even though I was almost certain God placed the desire for ministry within me, I wanted to know for sure that it was not a fleshly desire.  This work confirmed my call and certain aspects of my ministry. I cannot figure out how you were able to come to the conclusion that my writing gift would be developed in the negative experiences I had been encountering at work.  I seriously doubt if I would have ever came up with that on my own. In our gift discovery session, the words empowering and life jumped out at me as you spoke them a couple of times.  I began thinking, “hey maybe the Holy Spirit is revealing that this the name of my ministry.”

My work with Karen has been earth shattering.  God has used this experience to help me get where I need to be.  I would have fallen flat on my face if I had moved out too quickly.  God has used you mightily.  I would like to thank you for allowing God to use you.  Continue to allow Him to use you Karen.

“Before I partnered with Gifts Ordained by Direction and Karen, I was very overwhelmed with life and juggling too many balls in the air, struggling very hard not to drop any. I was not smelling the roses as I went along just barely meeting destinations, but not enjoying the journey. My communication with my husband and others wasn’t effective. It was very difficult to let go of the attachment to the outcome of our discussions.

My goals and challenges were:

Here are the limiting lies that I believed about myself:

1. I need your acceptance to feel good about me.
2. I didn’t communicate effectively because I didn’t get what I wanted.
3. I can’t be creative.
4. I have to protect me.

We discovered the truth about me so the lies could longer keep me from living in the best personal/professional vision for my life. The truth for me is a genuine life of wisdom, peace, creativity, and passionate love.

Today with the power of the Holy Spirit, I have overcome most of the limitations and feel empowered daily. I know how to catch myself when I am out of sync with the truth of who I am. With the assistance of Karen and the Holy Spirit, I have overcome areas that have been affecting my life for over 40 years. I have shed years (tons) of weight from my being. I am lighter and have gained an understanding of my emotional obstacles. I have a renewed mind and a renewed life. I’ve learned how to surrender and let go of attachment to results as I communicate, and no longer struggle for the exact words. I received a tool I can use on a regular basis. My communication with my husband is tangibly better. I can talk to him about anything now (with ease and with grace).

Karen is a great coach. God has lavished Karen with wisdom and understanding (practical insight and prudence). She has awesome listening skills, and it was obvious she had been praying for me. I loved her client and Holy Spirit sensitivity, her straight forwardness, and her intuitive abilities. She is truly gifted and used by God for His glory.
