Karen M. Pina has a passion for coaching driven leaders, visionaries, and entrepreneurs. She attracts a vast array of clients who are drawn to her for her wisdom and truth telling. Karen's clients experience accountability, illumination, inspiration, and encouragement. She has turned her life-long love for communication and training into an astounding coaching practice that helps others discover their gifts and talents so that they can positively impact the lives of others.

Karen is the founder of Gifts Ordained by Direction (GOD) and GOD's Coach University. She provides coaching in the following areas: nutrition and fitness, life balance, personal and professional development, relationship building, life and career transitions, spiritual growth and devotion, and discovery of gifts and talents. She offers tools and direction to guide those who want to go places they have always dreamed about; yet, have never thought possible. She fosters growth by putting tangible action steps around their vision.

Karen's background includes teaching and training, managing both people and projects, administration, starting businesses, designing curriculum and developing websites. She received a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and utilizes those skills while helping people to identify personal challenges and obtain their goals. Additionally, she serves as a licensed minister to various churches. Karen honed her natural ability to coach while attending CCI, and she is a trained provider of The Living True Process.
